Rupee, a beer company inspired by Indian culture, is releasing its first IPA just in time for Diwali, India's biggest holiday. The founders wanted to create a beer that pairs well with Indian cuisine and tells a cross-cultural story, so they enlisted the help of craft beer pioneer Alan Pugsley. The IPA is described as easy-to-drink and lightly carbonated, perfect for enjoying with spicy flavors.
