Ms. Helen's plans to bring her Soul Bistro back to 23rd and Union have been delayed. The project team at Midtown Square has put the plans on hold, leaving us hungry for her delicious food a little while longer. Let's hope they sort things out soon, because we can't wait to get our hands on some soulful goodness!
