Zulily, once a crown jewel of Seattle's tech scene, is laying off employees and closing three offices, including its Seattle headquarters. The company, which was acquired by private equity firm Regent earlier this year, has already gone through two rounds of layoffs and is facing lawsuits from vendors alleging unpaid invoices. It's a stunning downfall for a company that went public in 2013 with a valuation of $4.5 billion.
