网友建议“引导居民不受迷信影响，龙年正常结婚”，民政部回应......

近日，有网友在民政部官网上留言，建议民政部或其他部委联合发文，引导居民不受迷信影响龙年正常结婚。民政部社会事务司对此回应表示将予以关注。

In recent days, a netizen left a comment on the official website of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, suggesting that the relevant authorities issue a statement to encourage residents to not be influenced by superstition and proceed with their marriage plans as usual during the Year of the Dragon.

网友表示，“因2024年立春，处于农历2023年末，有民间传言，此年为‘寡妇年’，不适宜结婚等。此说法，严重背离了生活常识和科学常识。”

网友建议，由民政部或其他部委联合发文，发表一篇面向全社会的普及宣传文章。引导广大居民在龙年正常结婚，不要受迷信、社会传言影响。

1月22日，民政部社会事务司答复网友留言，表示网友建议将予以关注。

什么是“寡妇年”呢？“寡妇年”来自于“寡年”，“寡年”也被称为“滑头年”、“无春年”、“盲年”，即整个农历年都没有“立春”的年份。百姓将没有“立春”的年份叫做“无春年”，又称为“寡年”，后来有人又根据“寡”字，演绎出了“寡妇年”。

所谓的“无春年”在我国农历其实很常见，平均2至3年左右就会出现一次。比如2019年猪年、2021年牛年、2024年龙年、2027年羊年都是“无春年”。
