Investor Relations Analyst 

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $35-$40/hour

Responsibilities:

1.Maintaining and actively expanding individual and institutional investor relationships；

2.Managing fundraising processes of equity, credit and venture capital funds；

3.Preparing fund introduction materials and investor reports.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or related fields;

2.0-2 years of client facing experiences at financial institutions；

3.Strong communication and personal skills.

Investment Research Analyst 

(Mandarin Bilingual）

Salary: $30-$40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting research on global markets and technology sectors, fintech, AI, etc.；

2. Conducting research on venture, credit and equity investment projects；

3. Conducting research on global macroeconomic trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields; CFA preferred;

2. 0-2 years of investment research experience, in financial technology industry preferred；

3. Self-starter with global perspective, independently completing research projects.

Investment Operations Analyst 

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $30-40/hour

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the operational management of equity, credit, and venture capital funds;

Managing fund operations team;

Managing fund administrator, custodian and auditor relationships.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in accounting, finance, or related fields;

1-3 years of experience in fund operations is preferred.

Legal and Compliance Analyst 

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $35-40/hour

Responsibilities: 

Updating regulatory filings with SEC, FINRA, etc.;

Coordinating communications with external legal counsels, consultants, and registration agents;

Conducting legal due diligence on investment projects.

Requirements: 

Law degree required, LLM preferred; New York bar preferred;

1-3 years of legal and compliance experience within financial industry.
