万万没想到，被称为“武林”的竟然是这座城！

提起“武林”，相信很多人脑海里会浮现出这样一幅场景：武林高手、侠义之士、悲欢离合、江湖恩怨……

然而，你是否想过，“武林”竟然是中国的一座城市？

有人统计，它是金庸作品中出现频次最高的城市。

《射雕英雄传》开篇第一句便写道：

钱塘江浩浩江水，日日夜夜无穷无休地从临安牛家村边绕过，东流入海。

《书剑恩仇录》中写道：

陈家洛也带了心砚到湖上散心，在苏堤白堤漫步一会，独坐第一桥上，望湖山深处，但见竹木阴森，苍翠重叠，不雨而润，不烟而晕，山峰秀丽，挺拔云表，心想：“袁中郎初见西湖，比作是曹植初会洛神，说道：‘山色如娥，花光如颊，温风如酒，波纹如绫，才一举头，已不觉目酣神醉。’不错，果然是令人目酣神醉！”他幼时曾来西湖数次，其时未解景色之美，今日重至，才领略到这山容水意，花态柳情。

杭州的烟雨风华，在金庸的书中充满了江湖独有的浪漫。

作为中国历史上最重要的城市之一，杭州有着丰富的文化底蕴和历史传统。

然而，杭州之别称“武林”，并非源于江湖武侠。

据考证，武林之名最早出自《汉书》，与其境内武林山有关。

南宋周密著有《武林旧事》，追忆南宋都城临安城市风貌，详述朝廷典礼﹑山川风俗﹑四时节物等情况。

如今，“武林”仍是杭城的重要地名，如武林路、武林广场、武林门等。

如果说西湖是杭州的灵魂，那么武林广场可谓是杭州的精神火炬。

西湖风景秀丽，灵隐寺、雷峰塔等历史名迹承载着悠久的文化传统，吸引了无数文人墨客驻足游览，留下一笔情愫。

1998年，杭州与法国南部著名旅游胜地尼斯（Nice）结为姐妹友好城市，开启了一段新的合作与交流之旅。

均是依水而生，因文而胜。

一边是秀美江南西子湖畔，一边是浪漫地中海蔚蓝海岸。

结好二十余载，彼此心心相印。

From the tranquil waters of the West Lake to the sun-drenched beaches of the French Riviera, the cities of Hangzhou and Nice, thousands of kilometers apart, are both endowed with beautiful natural landscape and rich cultural heritage. In 1998, the two cities forged sister-city ties.

杭州，拥有丰富的文化遗产，以其如画的景色和历史风貌而闻名，也是创新之城、浪漫之都。

Hangzhou, nestled in eastern China, graces the banks of the renowned West Lake and the Grand Canal, boasting a rich cultural heritage and vibrant economic landscape. Renowned for its picturesque scenery and historical significance, Hangzhou stands as a beacon of innovation and romance.

尼斯，位于阳光明媚的法国里维埃拉海岸，以其湛蓝的海水和地中海气候展现出优雅。尼斯以其丰富的艺术遗产吸引着来自世界各地的游客。

Nice exudes elegance and charm with its azure waters and Mediterranean climate. As a bustling hub of culture and commerce, the city captivates visitors with its vibrant markets, stunning architecture, and rich artistic heritage.

尼斯蔚蓝海岸大都会旅游局副主席鲁迪·萨尔（Rudy Salles）评价说：“中国人说杭州是人间天堂。而尼斯，有天使海湾。人间天堂和天使海湾，他们没理由不结缘。”

Rudy Salles, deputy chairman of the Nice Cote d’Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office, said: “Chinese people say Hangzhou is a paradise on Earth. And here (in Nice), we have the Angels Bay. The Angels Bay and the paradise, of course, they had to be married.”

鸶鹭商务航空创始人和董事长杜柏瑞表示：“对我来说，杭州这个地方，有故事、有自然、有商业、有人情，它们都是我生意中的重要部分。”

Franck Dubarry, founder and chairman of Silkwings Jet, said: “For me, Hangzhou is the place with the story, the nature, the business, the people, where they represent my business.”

成长在尼斯、但目前定居杭州的百万粉丝up主“爱喝茶的老路”表示，“尼斯在法国的地位有像杭州在国内的地位。杭州市有很多年轻人，有很多大学，有非常好的企业。尼斯地区，我不只是说尼斯这个城市，整个尼斯地区是法国第二个最重要的经济和文化地区，仅次于巴黎。”

Olivier Ruelle, a vlogger in Hangzhou with more than 1 million followers, said: “Nice holds a position somewhat akin to that of Hangzhou in China. The Nice Metropolitan region stands as the second-most vital economic and cultural hub in France, trailing only Paris.”

结好二十多年来，杭州和尼斯两座城市在文化艺术等诸多方面保持着密切的交往。

2018年，恰逢杭州和尼斯缔结友好城市二十周年，两城举办了杭州·尼斯“双城记”摄影展。杭州与尼斯在各自的城市中心举办以此命名的摄影展。两国摄影爱好者捕捉双城美好瞬间，把作品带到姐妹城市，展现彼此的魅力。

早在2015年，为期五天的“尼斯·杭州电影周”开幕式在法国尼斯凤凰公园隆重举行。这也是杭州首次在境外举办电影周。通过电影这种通用的艺术语言，向法国观众展示中国电影艺术中的杭州元素，以及杭州近年来飞速发展的文创及影视产业。半年前，杭州举办了法国电影周。

The sister cities have been involved in many cultural events, such as the Hangzhou-Nice Twin Cities Photography Exhibition and the Nice-Hangzhou Film Week.

回忆起杭州歌剧舞剧院出品的舞蹈剧场《遇见大运河》2017年在尼斯开启全球首演，总导演崔巍说：“尼斯是非常美丽的城市，我们在尼斯做了很多快闪活动。我们希望不仅仅是在剧场走进剧场的人，我们希望走出去的每一篇都能够把中国文化尽自己最大的可能去传播的更广，让更多的人了解。”

Cui Wei, director of To Meet the Grand Canal, a Chinese dance drama show, said: “We performed at the centuries-old Nice Opera House. Our performance was so well-received that some people in the audience were reluctant to leave. In addition to the formal show, we organized flash events on the streets of Nice to engage more people.”

2024年是中法建交60周年暨中法文化旅游年，两国将举办丰富多彩的文化交流活动。

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and France, and is also the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism.

去年11月，中方宣布对法国短期来华人员实施15天免签政策，法方宣布中方有在法学习经历的硕士文凭持有者可获5年签证。

In November, China announced a 15-day visa-free policy for French citizens, and Paris announced that Chinese holders of a master’s degree obtained through study in France would be granted a five-year visa.

《紫禁城与凡尔赛宫——17、18世纪的中法交往》展览于目前正在故宫博物院举办。展览精选约200件展品，多数收藏于凡尔赛宫和故宫博物院，涵盖瓷器、绘画、书籍等多种类型。

The exhibition “The Forbidden City and the Palace of Versailles: Exchanges Between China and France in the 17th and 18th Centuries” opened at the Palace Museum in Beijing on April 1, showcasing about 200 cultural relics. It will run until the end of June.

中国驻马赛总领事董广利表示，中法关系希望在人民基础，在民间活力，在地方。国际友城是对外交流与国际合作的重要平台。

Dong Guangli, Chinese consul-general in Marseille, France, emphasized the pivotal role of sister-city pairings in facilitating cross-border exchanges and international cooperation.

“The hope of the Sino-French relationship lies in the people, its foundation is in the two societies, and its vitality comes from exchanges at subnational levels,” Dong said.

法国是中国在欧盟内第三大贸易伙伴，中国是法国在亚洲第一大、全球第七大贸易伙伴。2023年中法双边贸易额达789亿美元。 

France has become China's third-largest trading partner in the EU with a total bilateral trade volume of $78.9 billion in 2023. China has also become France’s largest trading partner in Asia.

今年夏天，巴黎将举办2024年夏季奥运会。
