欢迎来到广州美国中心，与我们一起深入了解美国的初选制度。在本次活动中，我们将介绍该制度如何允许选民选择各政党的政治职位候选人。本次活动将特别关注总统初选，旨在帮助大家在2024年大选开始之际了解这一过程。活动期间，我们将模拟其中一种初选形式——党团会议，让大家参与进来。您可以说服其他人支持您的候选人，真正做到用脚投票！千万不要错过这个涨知识、做出改变的机会！
Join us at the Guangzhou American Center for an exciting opportunity to dive into America’s Primary System.  In this event, we will cover the primary system which allows voters to choose each of the parties’ candidates for political office.  The event will specifically focus on the Presidential primary with an aim to helping attendees understand this process as the 2024 elections begin.  The event will be participatory and during the event we will conduct a simulation of one way in which primaries work (a caucus) in which you get to convince other people to support your candidate and, literally, vote with your feet!  Don't miss out on this chance to expand your knowledge and make a difference!

All attendees, regardless of age, must bring their government-issued, physical ID with name, photo, and ID number for entry to the Consulate.   We do not provide safekeeping services for cameras and laptops, please do not bring them with you.  Other belongings will be temporarily stored at the gate, including small bags.  Your personal cell phone will be permitted.

If you have any symptoms of physical discomfort, please do not attend.  We will take all possible measures to maintain a safe environment for public events.
