工作内容:

-Provide individual and family counseling for patients and families

-Conduct psychosocial assessment

-Formulate and implement the intervention plan

-Provide crisis intervention for patients who are in crisis

-Provide intensive case management/care coordination service for patients with complex bio-psychosocial needs

-Provide advocacy and referral service for patients

-Supervise interns and volunteers

-Complete documentations and reports

-Attend case conferences, agency meetings and staff meetings

-Conduct group/workshop for patients and the community

-Participate in community outreach and marketing activities

-Perform other duties as assigned

最低职位要求：

-Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school

-New York State LMSW/LCSW License required

-Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)

-Working experience in social services field preferred

-Familiar with the Asian-American communities

-Good verbal and written English skills

-Bilingual in English/Chinese required

职位介绍：The Behavior Change for Good (BCFG) Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania, led by Professors Katherine Milkman and Angela Duckworth, is conducting large-scale field experiments designed to promote sustained behavior change across multiple domains. Our world-class team of scientific experts can continually test and improve behavior change programs by seamlessly incorporating the latest insights from their research into massive random-assignment experiments. The Pre-Doc Researcher will work closely with Professors Katherine Milkman and Angela Duckworth and the BCFG team on the development and evaluation of behavior change interventions across a wide variety of settings. The Pre-Doc Researcher will manage and coordinate significant multi-site research projects. This position entails developing and implementing research designs, handling data collection and management, conducting data analysis, and preparing research reports. Position is contingent on continued funding. We anticipate individuals staying for two years before applying to graduate school.

-Develop research designs, data collection methods, and strategies for data management. Design, create, and revise research instruments as necessary to ensure quality data that aligns with research objectives. Contribute to the development of research protocols that clearly describe research objectives and procedures necessary to test hypotheses. Ensure that projects are executed successfully and completed within time frames to meet research objectives.

-Lead multiple data collection efforts by collaborating with several outside agencies and institutions. Analyze data using sophisticated econometric techniques and statistical software including STATA and R using UNIX computer servers.

-Prepare funding proposals, technical reports, and manuscripts for publication.

-Perform additional duties as assigned

岗位要求：

Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A background in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Behavioral Science is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, taken classes on econometrics and be proficient in either STATA or R, and comfortable working on UNIX servers. The anticipated start date for this position is June 2024.

1.  具有心理学或精神医学研究生以上学历，含在读硕士研究生及以上。

2. 劳动部三级以上心理咨询师或心理学本科学历，且具有20小时以上个案经验。

3. 中国心理学会注册系统助理心理师及以上人员。

工作要求：

(1) 保证一学期的稳定工作，不提前退出。能每周在本中心见习工作不少于两个半天，每学期请假不超过2次，请假需要提前24小时向本中心前台管理负责老师提出。每学期工作时间与中心一致。

(2) 能熟练使用计算机，办公软件和互联网。

(3) 每学期参加本中心举办的其他心理健康教育和公益活动1次或以上。

(4) 定期接受中心的考核，服从中心各项管理制度和工作安排。

(5) 具备专业文章撰写、文献查阅及基本科研能力，并愿意参与中心的相关研究。
