JOB DESCRIPTION:

Meet with assigned patients (teletherapy or in person on days/times you wish to work) and complete biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and assessments, carry out weekly sessions (sometimes twice or three times a week depending on the severity of patient’s condition) to work with patients on treatment plan goals, utilizing various psychotherapeutic interventions, complete progress notes for each session, and discharge summary when patient discharges from your care. Supervision and mentoring are provided by expert clinicians!

Electronic medical records software supplied- no paper charting or writing! Dictate all charting!

Optional- running group therapy groups, providing seminars to various populations, working in day treatment and/or intensive outpatient treatment programs we offer, running support groups, creating programs you can administer to populations you prefer to serve, leading and supervising as senior therapists at new locations.

COMPENSATION: The pay range is from 50% to 70% fee split and up based on what skills, options, and expertise is offered by the candidate. Clinicians start at the 75 percentile of the Michigan average pay, we pay higher because we help masters become experts!!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Unrestricted State of Michigan licensure or Internship (internship students must be enrolled in a master's degree program-counseling, social work, or psychology).

-Participate in regular internal clinician meetings to maintain proficiency, become familiar with policy and procedure, gain and share clinical insights, to promote the highest quality therapy to the patient population.

-Effective interpersonal and written communication skills required

-Demonstrating genuine and transparent leadership skills with a collaborative work style is a plus.

-Ability to work independently and maintain records of therapy provided.

-Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, &/or couples & families, substance abuse population experience a plus.

招聘条件：

工作内容：

1.个体督导的工作职责

① 为受督提供督导：中心个督形式为一位督导师对两名受督，督导形式包括一对二与一对一两种，通常为一对二督导（每次共1或1.5小时），每人每月进行一次一对一督导（每次1小时）

② 按照中心规定修改每位受督的所有咨询记录；

③ 监督并指导实习咨询师的咨询实务，评估实习咨询师的专业胜任力；

④ 在受督的来访者遭遇危机情况下及时响应，提供指导支持。

2.团体督导的工作职责

① 根据培养项目不同，每周在中心为每组受督提供1.5或2小时的团体督导；

② 回答受督（实习咨询师）相关问题、组织讨论、定期组织个案报告并提供反馈；

③ 根据督导师的兴趣和专长安排相应活动（如针对某一临床专题的讨论）。

3.应聘合格后，所有兼职督导师须参加中心提供的岗前培训后方可工作，工作期间，也须参加其他所需要的集中培训工作。

4.工作过程中，兼职督导师需定期参加督导的督导，且需保证参加工作时间内三分之二时间以上的督导的督导，该表现将计入中心对兼职督导师的考核评估。

5.实习咨询师实习的中期和末期，中心将开展评估工作，兼职督导师需及时、如实向受督反馈其工作表现和评价意见，并告知中心。

Summary:

The general functions of this Research Assistant position involve assisting with study activities, including participant recruitment and consenting procedures, conducting standardized research protocols with participants, monitoring daily survey compliance, collecting and sending out dried urine strip samples, and working with study data for the National Institute of Mental Health-funded grant, “Distinct Steroid Mechanisms of Menstrual Cycle Exacerbation of Psychopathology.” The position may also include, depending on funding availability, similar responsibilities on related studies in the lab.

Education and Experience

Required:

Associates degree

Social cognition is the ability to detect, store, and evaluate social information and it is critical for how we think, feel, and interact with others. Impairment of social cognition is a defining feature of many neuropsychiatric diseases including autism, schizophrenia, and mood disorders. The major goal of our research is to understand the neural mechanisms underlying social cognitive processes such as social perception, social memory, and social decision-making. We are particularly interested in how molecular and neuromodulatory actions shape synaptic properties and circuit function. To achieve this, we combine a variety of approaches across molecular, synaptic, and behavioral scales which include single-cell transcriptomics, ex vivo electrophysiology, in vivo photometric recordings, and optogenetics.

The Department of Psychology is recruiting a Research Assistant or Junior Research Assistant under the supervision of Prof. Xiaonan LIU.

Applicants should have:

(i) a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related disciplines; 

(ii) good communication and writing skills in English; 

(iii) enthusiasm for cognitive neuroscience research on human memory. 

Experience in conducting behavioral, EEG, or fMRI experiments and programming (e.g., Python, R, Matlab) is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Junior Research Assistant.

The appointee will assist in (a) collecting and analyzing experimental data for ongoing research projects; and (b) laboratory management.

睡眠大数据与人工智能课题组

北京大学睡眠大数据与人工智能课题组（MoonLAIT）集睡眠医学、流行病学、数据科学、人工智能等学科于一体，专注睡眠障碍队列与人工智能大数据交叉领域研究。课题组前期建立了多种睡眠障碍专病数据平台，整合了常见睡眠障碍多维度临床信息，包括传统生化等检验、神经影像、多导睡眠监测及便携设备监测等数据。

课题组现依托科技部科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目，通过北京大学、上海交通大学、四川大学、中南大学湘雅二医院等多所著名高校和一流医疗机构合作，拟建立多中心、多维度、标准化的常见睡眠障碍队列及临床样本库，开发多模块数据分析和处理平台，探索与睡眠障碍发病密切相关的特异性标志物和风险因素，构建常见睡眠障碍疾病风险预测模型，为睡眠障碍及其相关重大疾病的预防、早期诊断和精准治疗提供坚实的理论基础。

University Settlement’s Older Adults Center is a traditional place for those over 60 to gather, have a meal, learn new things, participate in activities to keep their minds and bodies healthy, and find opportunities to harness their creativity. The Older Adult Center also combines a NYC Aging Social Club (with modified OAC programming) and our Meals on Wheels program.

The Assistant Director will split their time between the OAC center and the NYC Aging Social Club and support the Program Director and overall integration of older adult services across sites.

Our locations are utilized as mandated cooling centers each summer, staff are expected to provide coverage outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

-Program planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure high-quality services aimed at keeping older adults healthy, happy, connected, and full participants in their community

-Monitoring of staff performance levels with respect to contract mandates, workloads, and program quality

-Conduct participant outreach and intakes

-Case assistance for participants including benefit and entitlement applications, referrals, advocacy, and crisis intervention

-Timely reporting to all funders and partners

-Data entry to monitor older adult’s participation and program outcomes

-Open and close the facility. Ensure the center is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Schedule and report any facilities issues to the appropriate parties

-Network and develop relationships with outside partners, program collaborators and the Tenant Association

-Keep extermination, AED, Fire Drill, permits and other logs up to date

-Support integration of all older adult services settlement wide and within the Neighborhood Center and Satellite sites through participation in LEARN, Social Service, and coalition meetings

-Assume day-to-day responsibility for program operations in the absence of the Program Director

-Supervise staff, volunteers and interns

-Other duties as assigned by Director

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred

-2 - 4 years' experience working with adults or older adults within program development preferred;

-Must have passion for working with the adult population

Supervisory experience preferred

-Bilingual in Spanish, or Cantonese, or Mandarin (spoken and written)
