【北京大学】

睡眠大数据与人工智能课题组

研究助理/线上实习生

北京大学睡眠大数据与人工智能课题组（MoonLAIT）集睡眠医学、流行病学、数据科学、人工智能等学科于一体，专注睡眠障碍队列与人工智能大数据交叉领域研究。课题组前期建立了多种睡眠障碍专病数据平台，整合了常见睡眠障碍多维度临床信息，包括传统生化等检验、神经影像、多导睡眠监测及便携设备监测等数据。

课题组现依托科技部科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目，通过北京大学、上海交通大学、四川大学、中南大学湘雅二医院等多所著名高校和一流医疗机构合作，拟建立多中心、多维度、标准化的常见睡眠障碍队列及临床样本库，开发多模块数据分析和处理平台，探索与睡眠障碍发病密切相关的特异性标志物和风险因素，构建常见睡眠障碍疾病风险预测模型，为睡眠障碍及其相关重大疾病的预防、早期诊断和精准治疗提供坚实的理论基础。

【Infant Mind & Cognition Lab @ Postdoc/Summer Internship】

耶鲁大学

The Infant Mind and Cognition Lab at Yale studies logical cognition and its development, with a focus on preverbal infancy and expanding to young children and adults. Our approach combines frameworks and methods from developmental psychology, vision science, psycholinguistics, and philosophy. University Settlement’s Older Adults Center is a traditional place for those over 60 to gather, have a meal, learn new things, participate in activities to keep their minds and bodies healthy, and find opportunities to harness their creativity. The Older Adult Center also combines a NYC Aging Social Club (with modified OAC programming) and our Meals on Wheels program.

The Assistant Director will split their time between the OAC center and the NYC Aging Social Club and support the Program Director and overall integration of older adult services across sites.

Our locations are utilized as mandated cooling centers each summer, staff are expected to provide coverage outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

-Program planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure high-quality services aimed at keeping older adults healthy, happy, connected, and full participants in their community

-Monitoring of staff performance levels with respect to contract mandates, workloads, and program quality

-Conduct participant outreach and intakes

-Case assistance for participants including benefit and entitlement applications, referrals, advocacy, and crisis intervention

-Timely reporting to all funders and partners

-Data entry to monitor older adult’s participation and program outcomes

-Open and close the facility. Ensure the center is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Schedule and report any facilities issues to the appropriate parties

-Support integration of all older adult services settlement wide and within the Neighborhood Center and Satellite sites through participation in LEARN, Social Service, and coalition meetings

-Assume day-to-day responsibility for program operations in the absence of the Program Director

-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred

Position 1: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

【Full-Time Research Specialist（来自Charlene导师）】

普林斯顿大学

The Crockett Lab invites applications for a full-time Research Specialist position to begin in summer/fall 2024 at Princeton University (start date flexible). The position is for one year with a possibility of renewal. We will begin reviewing applications on 2/15/24 and continue until the position is filled. We are looking for applicants interested in studying social cognition using computational methods. Some of our current projects are investigating how narratives influence moral judgment and decision-making; how technology (e.g., social media, AI) impacts social cognition and behavior; how identity characteristics like gender become moralized; how social norms can help or hinder authentic self-discovery and expression; and how moral cognition culturally evolves.

The Research Specialist will contribute to all aspects of our lab’s research, including (1) developing research materials and programming experiments; (2) collecting human subjects data for behavioral and online studies; (3) analyzing behavioral and web scraped data; (4) recruiting and managing undergraduate research assistants; and (5) general lab research support (e.g., IRB management, equipment purchasing, organizing lab meetings and events, maintaining lab websites and digital infrastructures). The position is an excellent opportunity to gain multidisciplinary research experience. The ideal candidate will be interested in ultimately pursuing graduate study in psychology, cognitive science, computational social science, data science, or a related field.

The following qualifications are essential:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, cognitive science, data science, computer science, neuroscience, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field

-Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience working on a team

-Strong programming, statistical, and/or web development skills (e.g. Python, R, Javascript, Matlab, etc.)

-Prior research experience and knowledge of research principles in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, or related field

-Eligibility to work in the U.S. (unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor new visas for international applicants)

The following qualifications are desirable but not required:

-Prior experience with data science methods (e.g., web scraping, data cleaning and manipulation, machine learning, and natural language processing)

-Prior experience with computational modeling of behavioral/neuroimaging data, e.g. using reinforcement learning, Bayesian or drift-diffusion modeling techniques

-Prior experience with web or smartphone application development

Job Description:

• Job Title: Summer Research Assistant

• Job Duration: 10 weeks, with the possibility to re-apply for future quarters

• Compensation: $16/hour

• Primary responsibility:

o 1) Run studies (mostly in lab but some field experiments; range from simple surveys,

computer-based studies, to elaborate designs)

o 2) Recruit participants (“frontline” soliciting, scheduling)

o 3) Help with study design/program (e.g. Qualtrics, Google Docs) and data entry/analysis

o 4) Involved in multiple lab spaces:

 Mindworks (a behavioral science museum)

 Campus Lab

 Pop-Up Lab

 Virtual Lab

o 5) Be conscientious involving data, participant interaction, recruitment, etc.

• Additional requirements:

o Be responsive – There is a Slack channel set up for Epley RAs so that communication

within the lab is not easily ignored or lost in email bulks.

o Be responsible – There should not be any last-minute canceling of scheduled study

sessions, as this can negatively impact the efficiency of our studies; Sick days and

emergencies are completely understandable.

o Be reliable – We want RAs who are fast learners, will act appropriately, and know how

to follow detailed instructions.

o Be punctual – We want RAs who will arrive on time to scheduled study sessions and

have minimal to zero lateness.

o Preferred applicants – Psychology or Economics majors who are 2nd and 3rd year

undergraduate students, graduate students, and students with work study are preferred.

• Other requirements: If suitable, you will be asked to attend weekly lab meetings.
