Lu XIAO, Executive Vice President of Decathlon China, is a pioneer in digital transformation in the new retail industry. During his career, he has served as the General Manager of the Hema Brand Center, successfully driving multiple digital transformation projects, and accumulating rich industry experiences. He is committed to utilizing data and AI technology to explore opportunities and innovations, aiming to drive the supply chain to achieve greater business value.

沈俏蔚，北京大学光华管理学院市场营销系教授，光华管理学院本科研究生项目主任，北大光华-Kellogg国际EMBA项目学术主任，博士生导师，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。她于2008年获得美国加州大学伯克利分校（UC Berkeley) 市场营销专业博士学位，此前获得北京大学经济学学士、硕士学位。2008年至2015年任教于美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院，2015年秋至今任教于北京大学光华管理学院。研究领域包括企业与消费者决策的量化模型，社交与新媒体以及营销策略等。

Qiaowei Shen is Professor of Marketing at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Prior to joining Peking University, she was a faculty at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Professor Shen received her Ph.D. in marketing from UC Berkeley and her M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Peking University. Her research interests include empirical modelling of firm and consumer decision making, social interactions and new media, and competitive marketing strategy.
